A. As we stated under resistance training, there are a multitude of great resistance products available in the marketplace. We recommend the EZ Swimmer® because it is 1.) Multi-functional and 2.) Offers more resistance. Much like the other products on the market, the EZ Swimmer® is a great product to add variety to your classes. For your convenience, we have provided some successful guidelines below. For your convenience we have provided three suggested movements and grouped them by the category of perceived difficulty.
