Who is American Son Products, Inc.? is the premier manufacturer of swim fitness tools, such as water shoes (made especially for quickly slipping on and off for water sports of all kinds), the EZ Swimmer®, the ultimate resistance tool for the swimming pool, and ASP is the manufacturer of Eco-Friendly lotions. The majority of our products are exclusive. The EZ Swimmer® is a swim fitness tool which has a patent pending.
Our philosophy is to provide you with the most convenient and innovative swim fitness tools available in the marketplace today. Our lotions are Eco-Friendly because they are both PABA and oil-free. Additionally, both the SPF 30 protection and the after sun care are Aloe Vera based. The SPF 30 does offer protection from UVA rays which is important to protect against skin cancer. If you have a SPF 30 lotion and it doesn’t offer zinc or abovenzone, you probably are not adequately protected from UVA rays.

While we are a product manufacturer, and the investor of the EZ Swimmer®, we take great pride in the proper use and instruction of this product. Our Marketing Team has developed a laminated poster for easy pool-side use. Our group of instructors have provided important guidelines in the 18-page instruction guide complete with swim fitness tips to motivate the individual to get started exercising.
Besides proper instruction, our goal is motivation. Fitness is fun and health is happiness as we have detailed in our 18-page instruction guide. The ASP team strongly believes the highest and best use of this innovative product is to bring swim fitness to resorts and hotels. Fitness does not have to be about sweating in a jogging suit, lifting weights inside your home or gym--fitness can be right in a beautiful hotel swimming pool, in the ocean, or simply using your own home hot tub or swimming pool.

Instruction: Great tools are only great if they are used properly and if they have great instructors. A hammer is a great tool for many but without instruction this universal tool is useless. Here at ASP, we have taken the time to develop simple, easy to follow diagrams and instructions just to get you started. Additionally, our Master Swim Fitness Instructors (who have in excess of 15 years fitness experience including a background in kinieoslogy and strength training) have developed a quick program for fully understanding a true water resistance product.
Achievement Programs: To support our strong belief in proper instruction, EZ Swimmer offers two levels of instruction programs. One level for the beginner and primarily for the end user. The 60 minute training gives you all the tools you need to get started. This first level program is marked by a written exam of 7 questions. Upon satisfactory completion, an EZ Swimmer® Blue Achievement Pin is awarded.
The second level program is again very simple but involves an additional instruction specific for the Swim Fitness Instructgor. This second tier program upon satisfactory completion is awarded an EZ Swimmer® Black and Platinum Achievement Pin.
Why an achievement program? Because the product is so innovative, because resistance training in the water is relatively new, because swim fitness is underutilized, we developed these programs to 1.) Encourage the user to become their own fitness advocate and 2.) Encourage both the end user and the instructor to become a swim fitness ambassador.
Swim Fitness: What is “swim fitness”? To ASP this term best summarizes our philosophy. While not necessarily a new term, it is a term we feel best conveys our beliefs. The team at ASP firmly believes swim fitness is five fundamental components:
- 1.) Muscle Conditioning/Resistance Training – of course in the water!
- 2.) Cardio – either on land or in the water!
- 3.) Flexibility – critical to prevention of injury – of course the water is exceptional for building flexibility

EZ Swimmer® Limited Lifetime Warranty: This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials, manufacture or assembly for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. Normal wear, unauthorized repairs, industrial use, or damage due to abuses, misuse or neglect are not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same item or an item of equal value. To obtain service under this warranty, send the product postage paid, together with an explanation of the defect to the address listed on the package. Shopping Policies: We aim to ship as quickly as we can. Oftentimes, we are able to ship the same day but our promise is within 2 business days. We regrettably are unable to ship until full payment is received. We do accept checks and money orders but there is a significant time delay in order to have the payment clear the Financial Institution.
Shipping Policies: Our preferred method of shipment is UPS. Please provide a street address, as we are unable to ship to post office box. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
Backordered or Discontinued Items: We do our best to ensure products are in stock before posting but they can, from time, to time, become backordered or discontinued by our suppliers. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a backorder or discontinuation. You will be given the option to keep your order (if backordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case).
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not shipped from the warehouse. Cancellation requests will result in an e-mail to the warehouse to ensure the order has not shipped. This process can take 24 to 72 hours to complete.
Sizes and Availability: While we do sometimes run out of stock, oftentimes, we only list for sale what is on hand at a local warehouse. We have three different sites, so if you lose out on an auction for your particular size and color, please feel free to contact us.
Shading Differences on the EZ Swimmer®: Our manufacturer is exceptional in quality for this innovative swim fitness tool. But like all high production items, a few items will slip through quality control and our shipping department’s second review. It is important to note that all of our foam products have inherent shading differences in a fashion similar to the slight variations found in linen or silk. These differences do not affect the function, they only affect the appearance. We try our best to offer products with blemishes at a special pricing. The manufacturing process is unique and each foam product is truly different. Slight shading differences are expected. Remember you have 30 days to be completely satisfied.
